In 1998 Akulah Agbami adopted a child, Kuumba (pictured on the front cover of the CD) from Zambia.  Left there she would surely have died, as did Simi, a little girl that Akulah visited while in Zambia. Simi died because no-one in her orphanage cared enough to call a doctor when she needed one.  Simi's Song and the CD is for her.  All costs of the recording have been by Chester City Council and Deva Music.  All profits go to the work of PLAN International with children in Zambia.  By buying this CD you could pay for a child's education for a term.
